[LAM 2] (Re)-Launching Redflagz & Vibe Shifts

I haven’t focused on writing here lately. Apologies if you’re keeping track. I expect writing to be intermittent for a little while, as I’ve been heads down dealing with React Native hell for the last ~2 months. On the bright side, I’m launching my app on relationship advice next weekend in Hyderabad. It’s probably not the ideal place to launch an app like this, but it won’t hurt. How does it feel? I’m genuinely excited. Building is cool, but the best part about making something is the momentum of the launch and the joy of seeing other people (hopefully) use it.

Other things I’ve noticed: twitter has become a cesspool for weirdness and rage. At this point the decision to go on twitter is basically a tradeoff between staying abreast of industry developments and maintaining your sanity. Elon has kinda fallen off. AI seems to be on the decline. The crypto and AI bros are moving to hardware.

Ah, and I finally got ChatGPT pro,despite the crying. It wrote me an excellent article on thehistory of open-source business models.
